All organic waste from the house, apart from a small number of foodstuffs not tolerated by the Insinkerator, are processed by an aerobic waste water treatment system.
A state of the art Apricus evacuated tube solar hot water system provides plenty of hot water to the house.
An automatic electric boost is available if needed.
The house features energy and water-efficient white goods and toilets.
Tariff:
$300 per night for up to 2 people.

A deposit of 25% of the accommodation cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of your visit.
Bookings made within 14 days of the visit must be paid in full.
Deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the visit, balance payments only will be refunded or accommodation may be re-booked for another date within 6 months without penalty.
For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the visit, no refunds or re-booking options apply.
No pets and no smoking are permitted on the Bruny Shore property.
